If I were to suggest a simple convenient diet, one that satisfies all of the needs of the body, one that is affordable and doesn’t require any super foods or supplements, one where you don’t have to count calories, and most importantly, one that will bring your body closer to health and help you lose weight, would you try it? I’m sure most people wouldn’t, they’d sooner get surgery to make their stomach smaller, but I’ll provide what I feel is sound knowledge on the topic anyway.
